(Complies with all essential requirements of American and European health, safety and environmental legislation). As required by NZ legislation we have successfully completed all the necessary notifications required with Medsafe Ministry of Health to allow us to legitimately and safely distribute this Class A medical device (WAND notification reference: 070227-WAND-6YT8Y9).

NB: This model of thermometer comes to us in a plain plastic case with loose instructions and does not have any fancy external packaging, however to protect it during transit we have placed it in the blue external packaging that we supply with our plain digital clinical thermometers that read only to 1/10th of a degree. If the external packaging is extremely important to you the discrepancy between the packaging and the actual thermometer, which measures in 1/100th degree incruments would cause you offense (like it has done for some prior customers) then this thermometer may not be ideal for you.
