Weleda Nursing Tea contains 100% certified organic plant ingredients, including Anise, Fennel, Caraway, Fenugreek and leaves from Lemon Verbena.  These herbal ingredients have traditionally been used for lactation support and promoting healthy milk flow and may also be beneficial for the digestive system of both mother and baby, assisting in the management of digestive problems such as colic, bloating and abdominal discomfort.

This traditional and nourishing tea is easy and convenient to prepare.Simply add one tea bag to a cup of boiling water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups daily.

Our View: 
This tea is brilliant, I was introduced to this in the maternity home by the lactation consulant as I could not produce enough (or should I say any!) breastmilk for my newborn baby. I can honestly vouch for the effectiveness of this product and continued to use it on and off over my 5 years as a breastfeeding mother whenever my milk supply wained, during times of stress, illness or increased feeding demands from bubs!
