These heat bags may be used both hot and cold to soothe sore backs and muscle aches and are heaven sent applied to the lower back during labor (believe me I’ve been there and done that!) Can be placed in the freezer to use as an ice pack.

Instructions for Use 

Microwave on high for 1-4 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave oven with a cup of water to add moisture.
